Generate and Export Your QR Code
Create your QR code with any free generator and download it as a PNG. Use a code with strong error correction (level H) — the redundancy helps it scan even if a few stitches blur the pattern.
Convert and Size It Correctly

- 2Keep it pure black on white — two colours only.
- 3Make it large: aim for at least 60 mm square so each module is big enough to stitch cleanly.
- 4Download as JEF, DST, PES, or any supported format.
Test Before Production
Always scan your test stitch-out before making a batch. Stiff stabilizer and a flat, smooth fabric help keep the code readable.
