    Frequently asked questions

How is Pro different from the free converter?

The instant converter is automatic — great for most designs. Pro is a human service: an expert digitizer hand-builds your file, which gives the best possible results for complex logos, small lettering, gradients, and designs that need to look perfect on the first stitch-out.

What file formats do I get?

Pick any of JEF, PES, DST, EXP, XXX, SEW, VIP, HUS, CND, VP3, or EMB when you order — all formats for your design are included in the one price.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We'll revise it. Reply to your delivery email with what needs to change and the digitizer will adjust the file at no extra cost.

    How fast is delivery, really?

Orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment. You'll get an email the moment your files are ready, and they'll appear in your account's Pro Orders tab.

    What artwork works best?

Anything works — PNG, JPG, or a photo of a sketch. Higher-resolution artwork with clear shapes gives the digitizer the most to work with.
