We collect only what we need to run the Service:

Account information. When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Content you provide. Images you upload, text you enter, and AI prompts you write are processed to generate embroidery files. Uploaded source images are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. Designs you choose to save to your account, your download history, and AI images you generate are stored so you can return to them.
Payment information. Paid subscriptions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We retain limited billing details (such as your subscription plan, status, and customer identifier) needed to manage your subscription.
Usage and analytics. We collect basic, privacy-respecting usage data such as pages visited and aggregate conversion counts to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
Process conversions, save your designs, and track your download history.
Manage subscriptions, billing, and any applicable credit allowances.
Send transactional and account emails (for example, welcome, password reset, and receipts).
Respond to your support requests and improve our features and reliability.
Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third parties only as needed to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
Resend — sending transactional and account emails.
OpenAI — generating AI images from the prompts you provide.

We keep your account information and saved content for as long as your account is active. You can delete saved designs at any time from your account. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as password hashing, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

International Users

The Service may be operated from, and your information processed in, countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
