Left chest embroidery is the single most common placement for branded embroidery on garments. It's where logos go on polo shirts, corporate shirts, hospitality uniforms, and workwear. Getting the size and position right is critical — a logo that's too large looks aggressive; one that's too small gets lost.
Standard Left Chest Embroidery Size
The industry standard for left chest embroidery is 80–90 mm wide for most adult garments. This is large enough to be clearly visible at conversational distance but small enough not to dominate the garment. For smaller garments (women's fitted styles, children's) go down to 70–80 mm.
