What format conversion cannot fix
Changing JEF to PES does not improve poor digitizing, add missing underlay, resize the design for a different hoop, or make an unsupported design safe for a machine. Format limits and machine interpretation can change trim behaviour or palette display, so use the preview as a verification step—not as a substitute for a test stitch.
